Customize Your Windows 10 Start Menu.

Every new product, comes with lot's of excitement, curiosity and questions. Same as Gone with Microsoft windows 10  which is recently launched .Questions such as what new inside the Windows 10 .What it is offering  you and your PC. Will it be easy to use the new system, etc. The answer to this is that Windows 10 is designed to make your computing life easier and even more streamlined than ever before. 


Let’s have a look at the tutorial below the change brought in the the Start menu with the launch of Windows 10.

1. All apps

There is a slight change in the way you access programs (which is similar to Windows 7) Windows 10 Start Menu. At the bottom of the Start Menu, is the All Apps tab that brings up a list of everything installed on your computer for wash and quick access.

2. On the tiles

You can now pin the app’s icon to the Start menu as a tile. The Start Menu can be customized by resizing and moving the tiles around. To bring up a drop-drop menu, right click on one. You can here switch live tiles off or on, resize them and more.

You can resize a tile to make it smaller. Only apps downloaded from the Windows Store provide more resizing options, while other programs only have the option to go from medium to small. You can drag the tiles into the order as per your convenience.

4. Group and title

You can also organize tiles into groups. For instance, the groups can be renamed into categories. All you need to do is to move your cursor just above each column group and left-click once. This will allow you to type a name for the group.

5. Pin an app to the start menu

We will start by adding programs to the new Start menu. If you have the knowledge of how to add the Start Menu in Windows 7, then you have to exactly follow the same procedure here. Search for the app you wish to add, right-click it and choose ‘Pin to Start’.

6. Resize the entire menu

You can resize the Start Menu, if you feel that it is a little too big. All you need to do is move the mouse to the edge of the Start menu and left-click. You can now hold to drag and resize the Start Menu to the size you want.

7. Enabling Tablet mode

The desktop-like interface may not be right for you, if you have a 2-in-1 tablet. If you want to go back to a style more similar to Windows 8, click Settings from the Start menu, then go to ‘System’ and switch on ‘Tablet Mode’

8. Classic Windows 8 mode

Microsoft has the Tile menu covered in the new operating system like Windows 8. Just click the diagonal arrow in the top right-hand corner of the Start Menu. This will expand the Start Menu across the screen from now on.
